Truva Naturals products are herbal supplements, herbal teas and natural wellness formulas. They are manufactured by Nirvana Synergy Company Limited at our facility in Lagos, Nigeria.

Pricing All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
Payment We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed. We do not store your full card details. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

5. Delivery
Delivery areas We deliver across Nigeria. International delivery may be available for select destinations — contact us directly to confirm.
Delivery timeframes We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Lagos: 1 to 2 business days
- Other states: 2 to 5 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control including logistics delays, public holidays and weather conditions.
Free delivery Free delivery is available on orders above ₦50,000 or otherwise stated. Orders below this threshold attract a delivery fee calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery address It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Risk and ownership Ownership of products and risk of loss or damage pass to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Truva Naturals. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.
Damaged or incorrect items If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Change of mind We do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or used products. This is a health and hygiene requirement. If a product is unopened and in its original condition, contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss your options.
Refund processing Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Non-returnable items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, partially used or removed from its original packaging, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Cancellations
Cancelling before dispatch If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund or offer store credits.
Cancelling after dispatch Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the unopened item in accordance with our returns policy above.
