Who formulates your products?
Our formulations are developed collaboratively by phytochemical researchers, traditional herbalists and clinical pharmacists. No product is developed by a single person — every formulation goes through a multi-disciplinary review process before it is approved for production.

Are your products natural?
Yes. All Truva Naturals products are formulated using herbs, botanicals and plant-derived ingredients. We do not use synthetic active ingredients. Every ingredient we use has documented evidence supporting its use for its specific health indication.

Are your products halal?
Our capsules use vegetable-based shells and contain no animal-derived ingredients. Our teas and oils are plant-based throughout. We are working toward formal halal certification — please contact us if this is a requirement for your purchase.

Are your products safe?
Every Truva Naturals product has been reviewed for safety by our clinical pharmacists before going to market. Ingredients are assessed individually and in combination for known contraindications, safe dose ranges and potential interactions with common medications.
Who should not take Truva Naturals products?
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, our products are not recommended for:

Can I take Truva Naturals products alongside my prescription medication?
We strongly recommend consulting your doctor or pharmacist before combining any herbal supplement with prescription medication. While most of our products have good safety profiles, some herb-drug interactions are possible and your healthcare provider is best placed to advise you specifically.
How long before I see results?
Herbal supplements work cumulatively — they build systemic benefit over time rather than producing an immediate pharmaceutical effect. Most customers begin to notice results between two and four weeks of consistent daily use. We recommend a minimum of 60 to 90 days of consistent use to fully assess a product’s benefit for your specific concern.
What happens if I miss a dose?
Simply continue with your normal dosage at the next scheduled time. Do not double your dose to make up for a missed one.
Can I take more than the recommended dose?
No. Always use products as directed on the label. Taking more than the recommended dose does not increase benefits and may increase the risk of adverse effects.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via card (Mastercard and Visa) and bank transfer through our secure Paystack payment gateway.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Orders above ₦50,000 qualify for free delivery. Orders below ₦50,000 attract a delivery fee based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Lagos deliveries are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Deliveries to other states are completed within 24 to 72 hours on business days. All delivery timelines are subject to courier partner availability in your area.
How do I track my order?
Visit our Track My Order page at truvanaturals.com/track. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to see your current order status and delivery progress.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
Yes we do Via DHL, Fedex, Aramex, ETC
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp on 08106204287 if you need to change or cancel an order. We process orders quickly and once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Can I return a product I have already opened?
For hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened products unless they are damaged or defective. If you have a concern about a product you have used, please contact our team and we will work with you to find a resolution.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
