We started Truva Naturals with one conviction — that your body was not designed to just manage. It was designed to heal. Everything we do flows from that belief.
What we believe
Nature has already provided a solution for most health issues.
For centuries before modern pharmacology existed, healers understood the relationship between plants and the human body in ways that science is only now beginning to fully document. That knowledge was never wrong. It simply needed the rigour of modern research to catch up and confirm what had long been known.
We do not use herbs because they are traditional. We use them because the evidence supports them. Where the evidence is strong, we build formulations around it. And where traditional African and Asian herbal knowledge points us toward a plant that has not yet been fully studied, we treat that as a direction — not a destination — and we follow the science until we are certain.
We also refuse to accept that chronic health conditions are permanent sentences. The standard answer to joint pain, blood sugar issues, hormonal imbalance, poor sleep and low immunity is too often “manage it.” We built Truva Naturals because we believe that is not good enough.
What we do
We manufacture every product
We are not a marketing company that sources finished goods and puts a label on them. We are a manufacturer — with our own production facility, our own formulation process and direct accountability for every product that carries the Truva Naturals name.
Our formulations are developed collaboratively by phytochemical researchers, traditional herbalists and clinical pharmacists. Each brings a different kind of rigour to the process. The researchers bring evidence. The herbalists bring context. The pharmacists bring safety. No product leaves the formulation stage without all three disciplines signing off.
We produce herbal capsules, wellness teas, therapeutic oils and liquid formulations — all manufactured in-house, all submitted to NAFDAC for registration and all built on the same founding belief: that your body was designed to heal, not just cope.
